Good fit

Who this session is for.

Clients who want supportive recovery-focused tools

Massage sessions where extra warmth or light exposure fits the goal

People who prefer optional add-ons without pressure

Clients who want hands-on work to stay the main focus

Session feel

What the work is like.

Infrared and red light therapy can be used alongside hands-on massage, cupping, stretching, or other bodywork tools. Chris keeps it practical: if it fits the session, he can include it; if it does not, the work can stay fully hands-on.

Common reasons people book this

  • You want an included option during a massage session
  • The session goal may benefit from a supportive recovery tool
  • You are curious about red light therapy but do not want a separate upsell
  • You want a session plan that can adapt as the work unfolds

When something else may be better

Red light therapy is not the right fit for every person or every situation. If you have light sensitivity, active skin concerns, eye concerns, medication that increases photosensitivity, or a medical condition affected by light exposure, ask a qualified healthcare provider before using it.

Questions

Before you book.

Does infrared or red light therapy cost extra?

No. When it is included during a massage session, Chris can use it at no extra cost when it fits the goal of the work.

Do I have to use it?

No. It is optional. A session can stay completely hands-on if that is what you prefer.

Is this a standalone red light appointment?

It is currently positioned as an option that can be included during massage sessions, not as a separate standalone service.

Not sure what to book?
