Booking help

Not sure what to book?

If you're coming in for one specific area, 30 minutes may be enough. If you want focused work with enough time to address the body properly, book 60 minutes. If you have multiple problem areas, chronic tension, athletic recovery needs, or a physically demanding job, 90 minutes is usually the better fit.

Infrared / red light therapy can be included during massage sessions at no extra cost when it makes sense for the work you're booking.

Pricing FAQ

Quick answers before you schedule.

Which session should I book first?

For most new clients, 60 minutes is the best starting point. It gives Chris enough time to understand what's going on, work the main problem areas, and still keep the session focused.

When does a 90-minute session make sense?

A 90-minute session is usually better when there are multiple areas that need work, deeper tension patterns, athletic recovery needs, or physical job-related soreness that can't be addressed well in a shorter session.

Are packages refundable?

No. Package purchases are final and non-refundable, but the sessions don't expire.

Do packages change the type of massage I get?

No. Packages only change the per-session price. The work is still based on what you need that day.

Does infrared / red light therapy cost extra?

Not when it's included during a massage session. Chris can use infrared / red light therapy at no extra cost when it fits your goals.
