Tech Neck Reset

Stop ending every week with the same headache.

Sound familiar?

You don't need every box. One or two checked hard is enough.

  • Headaches that start at the base of your skull or behind your eyes
  • You can't fully turn your head to check a blind spot
  • Shoulders that live somewhere near your ears by mid-afternoon
  • An upper back that burns between the shoulder blades by lunch
  • A chest so used to rounding forward that sitting tall feels like work

They're symptoms. The program starts by finding what's driving them.

How the program runs

Assessed, planned, worked, proven.

The assessment

A focused intake and movement look, followed by 30 minutes of hands-on treatment. You leave knowing what's restricted, what may be driving it, and what the next step should be.

Your plan

A defined set of visits with a clear goal, built around your schedule and your season. You'll know the endpoint before we start.

The work

Focused hands-on visits plus the small between-visit pieces that make it hold. Chris chooses the tools, so you never have to.

The re-test

We measure against where you started. When the change holds, the program ends. That's the point.

Session rates are the same across programs: $60 for 30 minutes, $110 for 60 minutes, and $140 for 90 minutes. If a package makes sense, Chris will talk through it before you buy.

What we work on

Where this program spends its time.

Base of the skull & neck

Where screen posture concentrates, and where most of these headaches begin.

Upper traps & shoulders

The muscles doing a job they were never hired for: holding your head up all day.

Chest & front of shoulder

The rounding-forward pattern starts here; releasing it lets the back of you stop fighting.

Mid-back extension

The ability to un-slouch - restored, then kept.

What changes

What you get back, in plain terms.

  • Fewer end-of-day headaches - tracked, not vibes.
  • A full, easy head turn - driving, swimming, life.
  • Sitting tall as a default, not an act of will.

Every one of these is checked against your own starting point, and that's what the re-test step is for.

An honest fit check

This program fits - or it doesn't.

This is your program if…
Start elsewhere if…
You're on screens six-plus hours a day
New, severe, or unusual headaches - see a doctor first. Genuinely. This page will still be here
Recurring tension headaches with no medical cause found
Numbness or tingling down an arm - that needs medical eyes before hands
Your neck's range has visibly shrunk
Post-accident neck pain - get imaging and clearance first
You've tried the ergonomic chair and the standing desk, and you're still here

Not sure which side you're on? That's exactly what the assessment answers, and Chris will tell you straight, including if the answer is a doctor before a massage therapist.

Sudden, severe, or radiating symptoms, numbness, or weakness should be seen by a qualified healthcare provider first. Massage is not a substitute for medical care.

Where this happens

Briarcliff, Kansas City North.

The offices along Briarcliff Parkway and the remote workers spread across Kansas City North are exactly who this was built for. MMI is at 1201 NW Briarcliff Pkwy, so a visit fits into a lunch break or the end of a workday. Clients come from Briarcliff, Gladstone, Parkville, and the North Oak corridor.

Program questions

Before you book.

What does this program cost?

$650 for the program, or two payments of $325 with no added fee. That covers the intake and 30-minute massage, five focused visits, the between-visit work, and the re-test. It's a shorter arc than a Rebuild program because the pattern is more contained.

How many visits is it?

An intake and 30-minute massage, then five focused visits, usually across four to six weeks. Most people fit them into lunch breaks or the end of a workday. Spacing gets set once Chris sees how you respond to the first two.

How is this different from a regular massage?

A regular massage rubs the neck that hurts. This looks at the whole pattern feeding it, the upper back, the shoulders, and how you hold a screen for eight hours, then re-tests your range against where you started.

How fast will the headaches ease?

Some people notice a difference within the first two visits, and others take longer because the driver turns out to be somewhere they didn't expect. Chris tracks it visit by visit rather than promising a timeline. Headaches that are severe, sudden, or new belong with a doctor first.
