Session feel

What the work is like.

This isn't fluffy spa work. Chris listens to what your job does to your body, then spends time on the muscles that are carrying the load. Sessions might include deep tissue, trigger point work, cupping, stretching, or other tools based on what helps.

Common reasons people book this

  • Your back and shoulders are smoked by the end of the week
  • Hands, forearms, hips, or legs feel overused
  • You can't fully recover between shifts
  • You need strong, direct work from someone who understands pressure

When something else may be better

If you have a workplace injury, acute swelling, severe pain, numbness, weakness, or symptoms that affect your ability to work safely, get medical care and follow workplace injury procedures.

Questions

Before you book.

Is this just deep tissue massage?

Deep tissue may be part of it, but the session is built around the strain patterns from your work.

Should I book 60 or 90 minutes?

Choose 60 minutes for focused recovery, or 90 minutes if multiple areas need serious attention.

Can I come in after a hard workday?

Yes, and tell Chris what you did that day so the session intensity makes sense.

Not sure what to book?

Start with a 60-minute session, or send Chris a quick note about what's bothering you.
