Manual Labor Recovery
Finish the shift without carrying the whole job home.
Sound familiar?
You don't need every box — one or two checked hard is enough.
- Your low back tightens before the shift is over
- Your forearms and grip still feel loaded after the tools are down
- One shoulder or hip takes more of the job than the other
- Mornings get stiffer as the workweek stacks up
- The weekend only gets you back to baseline before Monday
They're symptoms. The program starts by finding what's driving them.
Assessed, planned, worked, proven.
The assessment
A focused intake and movement look, followed by 30 minutes of hands-on treatment. You leave knowing what's restricted, what may be driving it, and what the next step should be.
Your plan
A defined set of visits with a clear goal, built around your schedule and your season. You'll know the endpoint before we start.
The work
Focused hands-on visits plus the small between-visit pieces that make it hold. Chris chooses the tools — you never have to.
The re-test
We measure against where you started. When the change holds, the program ends. That's the point.
Session rates are the same across programs: $60 for 30 minutes, $110 for 60 minutes, and $140 for 90 minutes. If a package makes sense, Chris will talk through it before you buy.
Where this program spends its time.
Low back & hips
The areas that brace, lift, carry, climb, and absorb the uneven positions physical work demands.
Shoulders & upper back
For overhead work, hauling, reaching, and the protective tension that stays after the task is finished.
Forearms & hands
Grip-heavy work adds up. The plan follows that load from the hand through the elbow and shoulder.
The repeating work pattern
Which side leads, which position you live in, and where the same job keeps charging interest.
What you get back, in plain terms.
- Finish the shift upright instead of unfolding yourself at the truck.
- Let your grip, shoulders, and back settle before the next morning.
- Reach the weekend with something left for the life you work for.
Every one of these is checked against your own starting point — that's what the re-test step is for.
This program fits — or it doesn't.
Not sure which side you're on? That's exactly what the assessment answers — and Chris will tell you straight, including if the answer is a doctor before a massage therapist.
Before you book.
Is this just deep tissue massage?
No. Pressure is one tool, not the plan. Chris looks at the movement and workload behind the tight area, then uses the amount and type of hands-on work your body can actually use.
Can I keep working during the program?
Usually, yes. The program is built around the work you really have to do. Bring your schedule and the heaviest parts of your week to the assessment so visits can be timed intelligently.
