Executive Recovery
End the workweek without carrying it in your neck.
Common problems this helps: neck and shoulder tension; muscular contributors to tension headaches
Sound familiar?
You don't need every box. One or two checked hard is enough.
- Your neck and shoulders are tight by Thursday, every week
- Headaches that start at the base of your skull by late afternoon
- Hips that ache after flights and long drives
- A back that complains the moment you finally sit down at night
- Stretching helps for about an hour. Then it's back
They're symptoms. The program starts by finding what's driving them.
Assessed, planned, worked, proven.
The assessment
A focused intake and movement look, followed by 30 minutes of hands-on treatment. You leave knowing what's restricted, what may be driving it, and what the next step should be.
Your plan
A defined set of visits with a clear goal, built around your schedule and your season. You'll know the endpoint before we start.
The work
Focused hands-on visits plus the small between-visit pieces that make it hold. Chris chooses the tools, so you never have to.
The re-test
We measure against where you started. When the change holds, the program ends. That's the point.
Session rates are the same across programs: $60 for 30 minutes, $110 for 60 minutes, and $140 for 90 minutes. If a package makes sense, Chris will talk through it before you buy.
Where this program spends its time.
Neck & base of the skull
Where screen hours collect, and where those end-of-day headaches usually start.
Shoulders & upper back
The armor you've been wearing since Monday's first meeting.
Hip flexors
Eight seated hours a day shortens them; they return the favor everywhere else.
Patterns, not just spots
How you sit, breathe, and carry stress, so the work holds between visits.
What you get back, in plain terms.
- Turn your head fully without the pull coming with it.
- Workweeks that don't stack. Friday feels like Monday did.
- Travel without paying for it for three days after.
Every one of these is checked against your own starting point, and that's what the re-test step is for.
This program fits - or it doesn't.
Not sure which side you're on? That's exactly what the assessment answers, and Chris will tell you straight, including if the answer is a doctor before a massage therapist.
Briarcliff, Kansas City North.
Most of the people in this program work within a few minutes of the table. MMI is at 1201 NW Briarcliff Pkwy, so the offices along the parkway, the Briarcliff Village crowd, and anyone commuting into downtown from Kansas City North can get a visit in without losing half a day. Late-afternoon slots go first for exactly that reason.
Before you book.
What does this program cost?
It's $860 start to finish, and you can split that into two payments of $430 with no added fee. That covers the assessment, seven focused visits, the between-visit work, a mid-program check-in, and the final re-test. Chris walks you through the whole plan before you commit to anything past the first visit.
How many visits is it?
An intake and 30-minute massage first, then seven focused visits. Spacing depends on what Chris finds and what your travel schedule looks like, so a program usually runs six to ten weeks. You'll know the shape of it before you book visit two.
How is this different from a regular massage?
A regular massage is an hour of good work with no particular endpoint. This starts by finding what's actually driving the tightness, follows a plan built around that finding, and ends with a re-test against your own starting point. When the change holds, the program is over.
Do I need to stop training or traveling during the program?
No. The plan gets built around what you already do, including the gym, golf, and the flights. Tell Chris your calendar at the assessment and the work fits into it.
